A lot of new customers have asked, “Can hemp oil get you high?” The short answer is ”No.”

Here’s what you need to understand about hemp products….

Lono Hawaii hemp oil is extracted from hemp plants, that are almost completely devoid of a compound called THC. THC, is the well known compound in Marijuana, that causes feelings of being in an altered state or even intoxicated.

Hemp oil manufacturers use 3rd party testing to ensure that their products contain either just trace amounts of THC or none at all.

Products containing trace amounts of THC must be less than 0.3%. That’s three one-tenths, of one percent. In a 10 milligram dosage of hemp extract, that is less than three one-thousandths of one milligram of THC. The regulations surrounding trace amounts of THC are strict and well documented to keep everyone healthy.

Hemp oil is not an intoxicant, it is a mechanism for wellness. There is no “high” to be had only relief.
